Q1: If I don’t like the shirt, can I return it?
A: Yes, no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we simply request you contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization and a full refund (not including your return postage cost).

Q2: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes. If you spend more than US$100 (including shipping charges) you will receive a 10% discount on your purchase total. Your discount is calculated automatically as you check out.
Q3: Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
A:Yes. At our Gift Voucher page you can select the value of Gift Voucher that you want to purchase. It will be added to your shopping cart along with any other items that you want to buy. If your purchase total is greater than US$100 you will automatically receive a 10% discount.
Within 24 hours of your purchase (and usually much sooner) we will e-mail your Gift Voucher to your e-mail address. You can then forward it to the recipient or print it out to give by hand. The Gift Voucher will be attached to our e-mail in the form of a .jpg file. A unique six-digit credit code will be in our e-mail and on the Gift Voucher. There’s no need to wait for airmail delivery of your Gift Voucher from Hong Kong!
The recipient can make any purchase at this website and redeem the credit code at check out, with no payment required.
The user of a Gift Voucher is advised to create a GMtee account. Any unused surplus value is credited to this account for future use. If however the purchase total is greater than the value of the Gift Voucher, the outstanding amount must be paid by credit card or PayPal balance in the usual way. Please note that unused Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase
Q4: How much is the shipping charge?
A:Standard, non-trackable worldwide shipping is charged at a flat rate of US$7.50 for each Mens' shirt and US$5.00 for each Women's shirt. CD’s are sent for US$5.00.
An express, trackable worldwide shipping option is available at checkout charged at a flate rate of US$25.00 for the first shirt and US$5.00 for each additional shirt.

Q5: How long will I wait for delivery?
A:We will send you a confirmation e-mail thanking you for your purchase and send your package from Hong Kong within 1 business day of receiving your order.
Standard shipping normally takes 7-10 business days by airmail anywhere in the world.
Express shipping takes 2-4 business days
Q6: Will I pay
import and customs duties or sales tax?
A:You are responsible for payment of any customs duty or other import tax to your own country. By law we must attach a customs label to your package describing the contents (T-shirt, merchandise) and declaring the purchase price.
Q7: Where can I find your telephone number ?
A: GMtee does not operate a 24 hour customer service telephone hotline. We feel better able to serve you by e-mail. We pledge to reply quickly and helpfully.

Q8:I am concerned about security on the internet and I don't want to submit my credit card details to you. Is there another way to pay?
A:It is safe for you to use your credit card to pay us. We will never see your credit card details. You are protected by PayPal, the secure online payment system that acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller. They guarantee your complete confidentiality and do not supply your private data to us or anybody else.
You do not need to open a PayPal account when you pay by credit card, but if you already have one you can also pay from your PayPal account balance or bank account.
If you have any difficulty making payment, please e-mail info@gmtee.com and we will gladly offer advice.
We do not accept money orders or checks from overseas, since they take weeks to process and bank charges are prohibitive. If you are in Hong Kong you can deposit payment directly to our Hang Seng Bank account. To make your order, e-mail us at info@gmtee.com. We will reply with further advice.
Q9: Can I buy GMtee T-shirts wholesale?
A:Yes. We can be flexible about minimum quantities and can provide limited numbers of shirts from our own inventory (an order of a few dozen shirts will qualify you as a wholesale buyer). We can arrange the manufacture of larger quantities at competitive prices.

Q10: What can you tell me about the prints?
A:GMtee shirts are screen printed in a variety of inks. Some are panel-printed before being cut and sewn. For prints that cover a large area we use water-based inks that allow the fabric to breathe, and are soft to the touch. We also offer some raised high density prints and discharge prints.
We manufacture at a modern, well-equipped factory in southern China. This factory is regularly inspected by international corporate clients for compliance with labour laws. We make no compromises in quality
Q11: What about the quality of the fabric?
A:Your T-shirt is fabricated in warm, comfortable 100% cotton. It is pre-shrunk and colorfast. We use densely woven combed cotton interlock with a weight of 240 grams per square metre (gsm). For comparison, the “Hanes Beefy T” is single knit cotton jersey at only 180 gsm.
GMTEE fabric is specially woven to our specifications.
The superior quality and weight of the fabric is obvious in the luxurious appearance and long life of our shirts.
Q12: Will my shirt wash well ?
A:Absolutely. Your GMtee shirt is pre-shrunk, colorfast and machine washable. We wear our own shirts every day and give them no special treatment when washing!
However, even pre-shrunk 100% cotton can shrink if you wash in hot water and tumble dry at a high temperature. For best results please follow these washing instructions:
Wash light & dark colors separately
Use cold water
Do not soak
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not dry clean
Iron at a medium temperature setting
Q13: How do you measure a shirt?
A: Our sizes are standard and similar to other major western fashion brands. In our size charts we specify the measurements of the shirt, not your body.
If you are in doubt, take a favourite T-shirt from your wardrobe and lay it out flat.
Measure the Chest straight across from (one inch below) the bottom of one armhole to the bottom of the other, and double that number. Measure the Length from the high point at one side of the neck opening straight down to the lower hem of the shirt.
